Eco Outdoor Sports - Shipping Information
We know you want your new stuff as soon as possible, and we want to get it to you.
Eco Outdoor Sports uses Canada Post when shipping products.
Our standard shipping is Canada Post Regular/Expedited. Shipping upgrades will be shipped using Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority Post. Please not that these are only shipping standards, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
We will provide tracking numbers for items shipped by us. Please note that it can take a few days to get tracking information for some items being shipped from our Ontario warehouse.
Please contact us directly if you have special shipping needs or would like to arrange for courier service or international shipping. Eco Outdoor Sports standard shipping rates do not apply. We will make an effort to ship in the most economical package possible.
Shipping on orders of $99 or more is free, except on oversize items, including technical / multi-day backpacks, tents, sleeping bags and travel luggage. Shipping charges may apply to some remote regions.
Shipping on orders of less than $99 is a flat $9 in Canada.
Canada Post Xpresspost shipping standard is available for an additional $19.
Canada Post Priority Post shipping standard is available for an additional $39.

Additional charges may apply on oversize items and purchases destined for remote postal codes. You may be contacted by Eco Outdoor Sports regarding additional charges.
Residents of Vancouver can opt for in-store pickups free of shipping charges.
To select in-store pickups, proceed through the shipping process. Customers select in-store pickups when they arrive at the shopping cart. The pickup option will appear when you select “Get a Quote” in the Shipping, Tax and Store Pickup box.
Please select your item or items and add them to your cart. Proceed to your cart.
Once you have arrived at the shopping cart page hit the “Get a Quote” button in the Shipping, Tax and Store Pickup box and select Store pick-up and press Continue.
Please fill your Billing information on this page and press Continue.
On the shipping page you will be asked to use your billing information again for security verification then press Continue to check your total and finalize your sale.
We will inform you by email once your items are available for in-store pickup. Please be aware that some items do have to come from our warehouse in Ontario will take approximately 1 week to arrive at our Vancouver location.
We will notify you by email as soon as your items are ready for you to pick up.
